End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Budget Dashboard app for Jira Cloud

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and IGRPO, governing your use of the Budget Dashboard for Jira Cloud ("Budget Dashboard"). By accessing or using the Budget Dashboard, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, IGRPO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Budget Dashboard solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not, directly or indirectly: a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Budget Dashboard; b. Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Budget Dashboard; c. Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Budget Dashboard; d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on or in the Budget Dashboard; e. Use the Budget Dashboard for any purpose other than its intended purpose.

3. Ownership: The Budget Dashboard is licensed, not sold, to you. IGRPO retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Budget Dashboard, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Fees: If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Budget Dashboard as specified by Atlassian.

5. Term and Termination: This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated or until the expiration of your valid subscription/license for the Budget Dashboard. IGRPO may terminate this EULA immediately upon notice if you breach any term of this EULA or if your subscription/license expires. Upon termination or expiration, you must cease all use of the Budget Dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Budget Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IGRPO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Support for the Budget Dashboard is provided via the service desk portal during the term of your valid subscription/license. However, IGRPO cannot guarantee any additional functionality or features beyond what is explicitly outlined in the documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall IGRPO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of or inability to use the Budget Dashboard, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, excluding its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and IGRPO regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.

By using the Budget Dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Budget Dashboard.
